Ellie is Home, and it is like she has always been with us and fits in like a glove!
With her Northern hemisphere winter coat; we are taking her slowly to get her training fit.
Aart M, is away to start his riding training...(Boot Camp!, as we say)...How we Miss him....his Smiling face....
HF Bespoke...What a beautiful young chap he is developing into - Still so fine in build and elegance befitting of both his parents.
Every day, his foal coat is shedding...and underneath, a steel grey is looming.
Zofia M CHAMPION FRIESIAN - PERTH ROYAL SHOW 2011. A beautiful elegant young lady.
12th April, we lost our beloved mare Reijaa. It was her time, but she was going to live forever. It broke our hearts into tiny fragments, that we are still coming to terms with. She did not suffer and Ailene was with her when she went to sleep. What a huge loss, a very special lady that has no equal.
What a Delight to hear that Zofia M exported to Australia shone at her first show. Not only did she become Champion of her group; but went on to win Supreme Champion.
Klaske - Champion Ridden Friesian :-
Held over 3 days; the Canterbury A&P Show is one,if not the most; prestigious county shows in New Zealand, with competitors travelling country wide to compete.

Klakse's first competition for this season L5 (open medium) - Graded
4th place - collective score 60.25
September 4th 4.35am will be a date and time etched in our mind; when an earthquake of 7.1 magnitude struck our district. The damage and devastation hit hard to a lot of people in Christchurch and here at Hunt Farm we are so thankful of minimal damage, with horses and property holding fast, and all safe and well.
We write this, with heartfelt gratitude and humbleness to have received so many concerned calls, texts, visits from people national and international.
So to All.....THANK YOU SINCERELY.
Ailene and Jules
